Colorado bill of sale for a vehicle
For buyers and sellers who want a written record of a private car sale in Colorado.
A Colorado bill of sale must be signed by the seller, and a notary is optional. Boulder County asks sellers to make two copies, one for the buyer and one for their records. We could not check the state forms list, so we cannot say whether there is an official form.
